Northeastern Peer Tutoring has successfully transitioned onto the Knack platform starting the Fall 2023 semester. The partnership between Northeastern Peer Tutoring and Knack offers great benefits:
- Allows us to scale up the peer-to-peer learning services without compromising quality.
- Serve all Northeastern undergraduate students across our global network on one platform using their Northeastern email
- Provide peer tutoring to all undergraduate Northeastern courses on demand
- Offer FREE peer tutoring
- Provide 24/7 customer support via email at support@joinknack.com or live chat at joinknack.com
- Hire qualified Northeastern undergraduate students to become peer tutors on Knack so they can offer their services to our Northeastern undergraduate learning community
- Offer 1-on-1 and small group peer tutoring in-person (where available) and online

- Recommend this FREE service to your students
- Include link to this service on course syllabus and on Canvas course
- Encourage qualified undergraduate students to apply to become Northeastern peer tutors on Knack (earned an A- or higher in your courses)
- Recommend qualified past students for peer tutors directly to Knack or to Northeastern Peer Tutoring anytime during the AY ยท Easy-to-use Faculty Recommendation Form
