Northeastern Peer Tutoring is committed to offering free peer tutoring to aid Northeastern undergraduate students’ academic success through the support of their Northeastern peers. We support all eligible undergraduate students across the Northeastern global network who are enrolled in our listed supported courses on Knack each semester. See below for the list of supported courses on Knack for Summer 2, 2025.

On Knack, eligible students will have the opportunity to:

  • Schedule peer-to-peer tutoring sessions on the Knack platform either as an one-on-one or small group in-person or online, for up to 90 minutes per course per week (Sunday-Saturday)
  • Use up to 30 hours maximum of free peer tutoring during each academic semester, and up to 15 hours of peer tutoring during each summer session
    • Students are informed about this policy every time they schedule a session on Knack
    • Students will be informed by our program when they reach half of their allowed tutoring hours each academic semester/session
  • Access 24/7 customer support via email at support@joinknack.com or live chat at joinknack.com
