How has your experience as a Northeastern Peer Tutor impacted you?

My experience as a Northeastern Peer Tutor has been incredibly rewarding, both personally and academically. It has deepened my understanding of the subjects I tutor by requiring me to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning preferences. This role has enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to connect with peers from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful academic relationships. Seeing tutees grow in confidence and succeed in their coursework has been fulfilling and has reinforced my passion for helping others.
