The Peer Tutoring Program would like to share how to add peer tutors to your Canvas course. Academic Technologies at Northeastern recommends adding peer tutors in a facilitator role. Facilitators can create announcements and access group discussions without access to quizzes or tests in the course. Please access the link found below for distinctions on this role:
Course roles available in Canvas
As a faculty member, you can add peer tutors yourself to your course (under People on Canvas) and you do not need to contact the Registrar’s office.
