How have you represented PTP? I have attempted to take peer tutoring seriously by showing professionalism to the students whether it was in one-on-one session or a review session. Although students come from different backgrounds, I strive for efficiency by providing a personalized learning process for each tutee.
How has PTP impacted you? PTP has enhanced my leadership skills by conducting review sessions to a large group of students. This experience has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone by taking on the responsibility of delivering the appropriate information to the students.
